I am now in a maintenance phase for my low carb diet which means I can indulge myself once in a while and when that happens, I either eat a very good brunch or have this:
Croissants are just one of those things that cannot be replaced with low carb. That is why I consider it my valid cheat. If you look at this plate, it is the only non low-carb item. Even the lemon curd is sugar-free. So I feel less guilty :) The croissant is from Tiong Bahru bakery and they are really good. Thanks to my housemate who keeps a weekend's supply!
